TEAM wallet is a chain agnostic automated payroll system. It is also the identification credential protocol for Owners, Players, referrals, earnings, payroll, reports etc. It binds the referrer, referral and team owner.
Earnings across all games are aggregated in the TEAM wallet before conversion into $TEAM. $TEAM is then paid out to all ecosystem participants via the TEAM wallet.
A dynamic distribution system is in place to incentivise Scholars to improve their earning power. Through upgrading of skillsets and assets, Scholars can increase wTEAM earnings to make more for themselves in both % distribution and $TEAM value as total revenues increase.
wTEAMs listed on our blockchain partners will have flexible pay-outs of our Scholars choice - deciding the percentage payouts between on-chain tokens and $TEAM.
